  • How do I make a purchase?

    If you know what you are looking for, use the drop down menu by hovering over the MEN and WOMEN tabs or simple click on SHOP MEN or SHOP WOMEN on the homepage.

    Once you have found an item, select your size and use the ‘ADD TO CART’ button underneath on the product page.

    Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link at the top of the page. You can add your products to your Wish List or use the ‘REMOVE FROM BASKET’ link to delete items from your shopping bag.

    Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order. 

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    You don’t need an account to complete a purchase. However, if you register with us, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Aavantam account:

    Request your return or exchange directly from your account.

    Gain access to your Wish List and Recommendations.

    Be notified when new stock arrives.

    Get invited for preview collections.

    Save your address and card details for faster shopping.

    Manage your account details, order history and email preferences.

    You can check your order status.

    You can track your order.

  • What payment methods does Aavantam accept?

    We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders within India. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express. When selecting this option at checkout please review all your details before proceeding to make sure the transaction goes through safely. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Aavantam.com.

    At Aavantam, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information.

  • How do I reset my password?

    If you have forgotten your password, follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the ‘SIGN IN’ page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password email.

  • Post office boxes & Freight forwarding?

    Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.

  • How much will I have to pay in Taxes & Duties?

    By default, product prices are VAT inclusive.

  • Can I add items to an existing order?

    It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.

  • How do I return or exchange?

    You have 14 days to decide whether to keep your items. We provide return labels along with your order in Aavantam Packaging. Simply log in to your account and request a return. Once the request is made you will be provided an estimated date of pick up. For this, you need to pack the product with all tags and label intact the way you received it. Pack them in the corrugated brown box and make sure it is sealed well with a tape. Stick the returns label on the box and handover the package to Bluedart at your doorstep. It’s that easy.

  • Will I receive a full refund?

    Your refund will be issued to the original payment used to place the order, or as Aavantam store credit, whichever way you prefer. In case the payment has been made by Cash on Delivery, you can decide if you want the refund by cheque, bank transfer or Aavantam store credit. It is not possible for us to refund in cash.

    Refund will be made only after we are satisfied that the product has not been tampered with.

    Please note it can take up to 10 – 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • What if I want to return after 14 days?

    Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days from the day you receive your shipment. Returns outside this timeframe maybe accepted at the discretion of Aavantam and may only be refunded as store credit.

  • Do Cash on Delivery orders have any restrictions of how much I can order?

    We do not accept orders above INR 49,999/- by Cash on Delivery. In some states within India we do not accept orders above INR 10,000/- by Cash on Delivery. We request you to use our other payment modes if cash on delivery is not serviceable in your area or state.

    Alternatively, we suggest you to place 2 separate orders amounting to INR 49,999/- or less, in case your order is more than INR 49,999/-.

  • When can I expect my order to delivered to my shipping address?

    We normally ship out all orders within 48 hours. Depending on your location you should expect the order to reach you within 2-4 business days from the time your order has been processed.

  • Can I Cancel my order?

    Yes. The order can be cancelled before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. We usually dispatch your order with 48 hours, so if you are not sure of what you have purchased please cancel the order immediately so that your order can be cancelled. If the product is dispatched with 48 hours or even after, we will not be able to cancel your order. So we suggest you to either call us on  +91-91-67000-400 or check your order status online to immediately cancel your order before dispatch.

  • Where is my order?

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting ‘MY ACCOUNT’ followed by ‘ORDER STATUS’. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

    Orders can be tracked through the AWB No. on your account page or via www.bluedart.com.
